Bass, and Knitting Needle Finger Exercises - Triplets

Suggested: one minute each; 60 bpm triplet; work on control and economy of motion. Notes: Keep left foot down for balance; use right arm on stand or seat for balance. Be aware of potential strain in right hip joint or shin. Make motion of bass exercises, especially slide, and toe whole leg, more economical. Finger exercises on quarters, use 7A stick, hold ~1/4 way down from tip.
